Unfurnished or furnished rentals

All our furnished apartments are fully equipped with dishes and linens. The furnished apartment is ready to live in. The rental periods start from one month depending on the relevance of the legal nature of the property, whether it is covered by the ALUR law (rent control legislation) or is outside the ALUR law, according to the nature of the rental.

In an unfurnished rental, the owner commits to a legal period of three years, renewable.
